The Employers section of this website is designed to provide support for employers and business owners who wish to better understand the challenges faced by customers and employees with ASD and to make a positive impact in their community by providing an autism-friendly workplace and autism-friendly services.

 The advocacy section contains information on contextualizing advocacy to make businesses more autism friendly and provides information related to advocacy training to better help employers positively respond to self-advocacy efforts from individuals with ASD.  The FAQ section contains documents designed to answer common questions about ASD, specifically those relevant to the workplace.  The resources section provides links that may be helpful in a range of situations.  The self-assessment section provides guides to help employers better assess the accessibility of their business for both employees and customers with autism.  Finally, the training section can be used to access a series of online, interactive training modules.
